Mastering Neural Pathway Technology To Be Better At Anything
Growing up we’re taught that to get better at doing something, practice makes perfect. Repetition helps build the muscles and nerves to accomplishing our goals. Yet, from a more enlightened perspective it’s like putting the cart before the horse. You repeat something over and over to develop the muscles and nerves needed. But suppose we move things around, follow the natural laws of order, and put the horse first! We can begin by developing the neural pathways of the accomplishment in advance.
In this workshop, Al Leone will teach a simple, active meditation that you can practice on your own. He was inspired to create it in the mid 90’s while studying Tony Robbins’ methods and learning about neural pathways, and as part of the workshop he will provide two solo live performances to demonstrate how he used this technique to become an accomplished electric bassist.

Al Leone
Since early childhood, Al Leone was drawn to two apparently disparate professional paths, music and mathematics. He eventually chose the latter, earning adegree in engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. But two years later, that path took a 180° turn to his first love, music. Thus began a multi-decade career as writer, performer, engineer, producer and visionary. One brief but impactful moment in it was talking with Tony Robbins, the inspiration for today’s workshop.
Mr Leone’s career then moved in the direction of exploring spiritual philosophy and the personal empowerment movement, culminating in the 2010 launch of his YouTube channel, “The Bridge of Truth.” With sixteen years of Life Lessons added since, Al is excited now to offer this original integration of music and mathematics as his own contribution to the movement.
